01 · Introduction & acceptance

Welcome to the website of Aross Digital. By using this site you accept the terms described in this document. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the related services.

These terms apply to all site visitors as well as to all clients that engage Aross Digital through contracted projects.

02 · Services offered

Aross Digital is a digital agency offering the following services:

• Social media management (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Google & Meta Ads campaigns, email marketing
• SEO optimization and content production
• Website development (landing, brand, e-commerce)
• Branding and visual identity
• Custom software and web/mobile app development

The specific scope, price and timeline are defined per project through a written contract or a proposal confirmed by both parties.

03 · User obligations

By using the site and our services you agree that:

• You will not use the site in any way that violates the law or the rights of third parties
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers, code, or accounts
• All information you provide (via the contact form or during the engagement) is accurate and truthful
• You will not use content from the site for commercial purposes without written permission

04 · Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, design, logos, illustrations, code, photography — is owned by Aross Digital (or licensed from the owner). Copying, reproducing or distributing is prohibited without written consent.

Client work

Deliverables (design, code, content) we create for a specific client transfer to client ownership after full payment. Until then, all rights are reserved by Aross Digital.

Aross Digital reserves the right to showcase deliverables in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

05 · Third-party links

The site may contain links to other websites (LinkedIn, client social profiles, partner tools). Aross Digital is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of those sites. We recommend reviewing their terms before use.

06 · Limitation of liability

The site and information on it are provided "as-is", without explicit or implied warranties. Aross Digital will not be liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site
• Site downtime due to maintenance, technical issues or force majeure
• Decisions made by the user based on site information without prior consultation
• Marketing campaign results that depend on market conditions, competition, or other external factors

07 · Client engagement terms

Each project is governed by a specific contract/proposal. General principles:

• Discovery call (45 min) is free and non-binding
• Proposals are typically valid for 14 days from the date of issue
• Retainers are paid monthly in advance; notice period is 30 days
• Projects follow a 50% start / 50% launch model, or milestones for larger engagements
• All prices are net (unless stated otherwise in the proposal)

08 · Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement respecting the notice period defined in the contract (typically 30 days). After termination:

• The client receives all content, code and access we created during the engagement
• Invoices for work completed remain payable
• No penalties or hidden fees for terminating

09 · Changes to terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. New versions are posted on this page with the date of change. For active clients, material changes are communicated directly.

10 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably first. In case of dispute, the competent court in Belgrade has jurisdiction.
