01 · Introduction

Aross Digital ("we", "us", "the agency") respects the privacy of every visitor to this website and every client we work with. This policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have regarding your data.

By using this site you confirm that you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

02 · Data we collect

We only collect data that you voluntarily provide or that is generated automatically as you use the site:

Data you provide directly

  • First and last name, email address, phone number, company name (via the contact form)
  • Project description, budget range, preferred timeline — information you share in the inquiry
  • Content of messages you send via email or LinkedIn

Data collected automatically

  • IP address, device type, browser, operating system
  • Pages visited, time spent, click path
  • Source of the visit (referrer, campaign, UTM parameters)

03 · Purpose of processing

We use data solely to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and prepare a proposal
  • Deliver the agreed engagement — communication, reporting, service delivery
  • Improve the site and content — traffic analysis, page performance, user behavior
  • Marketing communication — only with your explicit consent (e.g. newsletter)
  • Legal obligations — accounting, tax obligations, legal requests

We never use data for automated decisions with legal consequences, nor do we sell it to third parties.

04 · Legal basis for processing

We process your data based on:

  • Consent — when you submit the contact form, you confirm you want us to reach out
  • Contract performance — once you become a client, processing is required to deliver the service
  • Legitimate interest — improving the site, security, preventing abuse
  • Legal obligation — retention of accounting records

05 · Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. We only share it with trusted partners that help us run the business:

  • Hosting provider — Hostinger (site server infrastructure)
  • Email services — Google Workspace (for communication via info@arossdigital.com)
  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag (aggregated, anonymized behavior data)
  • Work tools — Notion, Slack, Google Workspace (once you become a client, only minimal necessary data)
  • Authorities — only when legally required

06 · Cookies & analytics

This site uses cookies — small text files stored on your device by your browser. We use them for:

  • Essential cookies — site functionality, language selection (SR/EN), form behavior
  • Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 (visit statistics, traffic sources, behavior tracking)
  • Marketing cookies — Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag (measuring campaign effectiveness and remarketing)
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Note: disabling essential cookies may affect how the site works.

07 · Data retention

We only keep data as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for:

  • Contact form data — up to 12 months from the last contact (if no engagement follows)
  • Active client data — throughout the engagement + 5 years after (for legal and accounting reasons)
  • Analytics data — up to 26 months (default Google Analytics retention)
  • Invoices and accounting records — 10 years, in line with law

08 · Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right at any time to:

  • Request access — what data we hold about you
  • Request correction — of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion — of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict processing — when you contest accuracy or lawfulness
  • Data portability — in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Object — to processing based on legitimate interest
  • Withdraw consent — at any time, without negative consequences

For any of these requests, contact us at info@arossdigital.com. We respond within 30 days.

09 · Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, unauthorized access or misuse:

  • SSL encryption on the site (HTTPS)
  • Restricted data access — only team members who need it
  • Regular backups and security monitoring
  • Two-factor authentication for all internal services

Despite all measures, absolute security of data transmission over the internet does not exist. In the event of an incident, we will notify you within the legally required timeframe.

10 · Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The last update date is always shown at the top of this page. For material changes, we notify active clients directly.
